Nov 1998
  One of the films/projects presented at The Cartoon Forum held in Greece this year was Sheeep, based on Satoshi Kitamura's Sheep in Wolves Clothing (1996) book. A favourite at the Forum, the series is based on the adventures of the three sheep as they continually try to escape from the wolves.

Oct 1998
  New book collaboration with Roger McGough entitled: The Spotted Unicorn. Satoshi's illustrations are described as beautiful in The Richmond Review. It also received positive reviews in the Tangled Web Review. ==> but unfortunately, the review is no longer up. Released this month in the UK, this poetry book is not readily available so you may have to spend some time searching for it.

Sep 1998
Lily Takes a Walk (1991) is bring reprinted in the US. Not available in Australia yet but can be purchased from various online booksellers.

Mar 1998
  Satoshi board books! Bathtime Boots and A Friend for Boots, they are being released in the US this month. Board books for pre-school age children, they feature a mischievous cat called Boots. These books were published in the UK in 1997.
