Reviews: What's Wrong with My Hair?

Reviewed in The Independent, 26 October 2007.

What's Wrong With My Hair by Satoshi Kitamura (Andersen, 9.99) is another novelty book with obvious giggle-potential. Lionel the lion is going to a party and having a bad mane day, so he asks a barber for advice. Flip the pages, and find out which style suits him best: dandelion hair, or bird's nest? Robustly packaged in a large format, and filled to bursting with Kitamura's comic creations, this has an oval cut-out, so children can join in too.
